Since you will be negotiating directly with the buyers and or their agents, you will need to be knowledgeable concerning the extensive “offer to purchase” contract and other terms and conditions that will need to be satisfied in order to complete your sale.

Choice 2
(List with a Broker)

You could list your home with a licensed real estate company. Although this will free up your time and provide you with professional, knowledgeable guidance, the cost can be enormous, sacrificing a large portion of your home's equity.
